Win works with clients to choose career options, to develop an efficient and effective career strategy, to make networking easy, to prepare for interviews or to gain the advantage in negotiating. His speaking engagements extend from the New York Public Library, alumni, industry and church groups in New York to television, Silicon Valley and London.
Win worked in finance at Citibank, strategic planning at J.P. Morgan and management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before that he attended Kenyon College and received an M.B.A. from Boston University. He studied counseling at General Seminary, Myers-Briggs at the Jung Institute and was certified as a career coach through the Five O’Clock Club.

A 19-year member of the National Speakers Association, Renee speaks nationally and internationally, (Holland, Germany, France, UK), virtually and in-person. She has been interviewed in media, print, and online (ABC Eyewitness News, MSNBC, Italian TV, and Forbes.com, to name a few). Her book “Achieving the Good Life After 50: Tools and Strategies to Make it Happen”, has helped many reinvent work after 50, increase their self-esteem and well-being and identify positive alternatives to retirement.
In her early years, Renee lived in Japan, assisted fashion designer Kansai Yamamoto, and met David Bowie. Clients describe Renee, a native New Yorker, as passionate, authentic, inspiring, and funny.
Debra regularly shares her knowledge and expertise with other practitioners regarding guiding clients through a deeper exploration of professional goals and career identity to assess strengths, internal barriers, values, work style and development needs. Her approach focuses on helping clients formulate a personal definition of success and map out viable strategies for actualizing goals. She provides a framework for facilitating career decision-making, advancement and change through supportive, solution-focused counseling and assessment.
Debra is a graduate of The National Institute for the Psychotherapies’ one-year program, Psychodynamic Approaches in Clinical Practice. She currently serves on the Boards of the Career Development Specialists Network (CDSN) and the Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association (NACCA). She is also an active member of the Hudson Valley Guild of Mental Health Professionals.
